By using Olilz Helper and the olilz website and continuing to use our services, you agree to the Terms of Service and accept this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect data so our website can run as efficiently as possible

• User Data: Discord user IDs, email adresses, server IDs, discord avatar urls and other metadata - all this data is provided through discord Auth. You should consult their privacy policy for more information.
• Map Data: We store map codes and thumbnails for maps submitted to olilz's feature friday testing and bonus play. This is also stored when a user submits a map themselves.
• Playtest Data: We store data regrading our playtesting sessions - such as who signed up, who attended, and feedback provided. This is used to manage playtests and provide feedback to map creators.
• Other Data: Other data is stored such as user settings, user descriptions and other data that is required for the website to function. Please email us at olilz@olilz.xyz if you would like additional clarity on what data we store and why.

2. How We Use Your Data

1. To Provide a Service: Ensuring the websites functions, as a service, and to allow seamless intergration with olilz helper
2. Diagnostics & Analytics: To improve performance and features.
3. Support: If you contact support, data may be used to resolve issues.

3. Data Retention

In accordance with GDPR, data is stored only as long as required to provide this service.

4. Data Sharing

No personal data is shared with third parties except when required by law. Third-party platforms like BotGhost are used for hosting and processing but do not receive personal data. Logs of actions are stored securely and only accessible by Olilz Helper management. We use various third party services for our database, and website hosting (ie Supabase, Vercel). Your data is not sent directly - but you should refrence their privacy policies for more information on how they handle data. These countries servers may not be located in the same country as you. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to these third-party services and their respective privacy policies. When a user makes a GDPR Request, we require the user to provide evidence of ownership of the relavent accounts, to prevent a data breach.

5. Children

Olilz Helper is intended for users aged 13+. We do not knowingly store data from users under 13. If discovered, data will be deleted immediately. Contact us at olilz@olilz.xyz if you believe we hold data for a user under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy at any time without notice. Updates will be posted here and announced in the support server. If you notice a problem with our privacy practices, please contact us immediately at olilz@olilz.xyz. When there is a problem, we act quickly - and will rectify any issues within 4 business days. We take privacy seriously and will do everything we can to resolve any issues. You agree to notify us of any issues with this privacy policy or data handling practices. You also agree to review this policy periodically for updates. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
